Owner, R. L. Willm Jr. has been building and remodeling houses for over 30 years. Born in Surfside Beach, SC, Lee moved to Columbia SC in 1993. He has been remodeling homes in the area since then.

Lee is a licensed home builder and general contractor. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, the Green Council, and the Remodelers Council. He also consults for clients on upcoming projects. This includes remodeling ideas, additions and service calls.
