About Willm Construction
Owner, R. Lee Willm, Jr., has been building and remodeling houses for over 25 years. He has been servicing the Columbia area for nine years (his company has been established for that long). Born in Surfside Beach, SC, Lee moved to Columbia almost 15 years ago.
Willm Construction is certified by the National Association of Home Builders and by the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia.
